A number of techniques can be used to separate the contribution to overall TEQ  from groups of chemicals. BDS markets a technique called C-Split^TM which separates the contribution to TEQ from the PCDD/Fs and the dioxin-like PCBs.  The technique is a straightforward pre-analysis step.
